After witnessing the effect of Coronavirus on local businesses and the community, Catherine launched the #Nurture4Nurses campaign. This grew from the desire to acknowledge and pay gratitude to healthcare workers fighting on the frontline of COVID-19, whilst also supporting local businesses in need.
Melbourne-based boutique gifting company Bindle grew from being a small, home-based business to a thriving enterprise thanks to a key point of difference: it only sells products grown, made and sourced in Australia. With an expanding contingent of consumers now keen to buy local, Bindle is poised to provide them with exactly what they are looking for.
“Homelessness is a reflection of our community’s inability to help those that need help the most. Launch Housing is stepping up to help their communities where others are not, and we wholeheartedly support this.” added Catherine.
Bindle is constantly striving to further reduce the footprint this gifting business has on the earth and we have a keen interest in seeking out suppliers who are also prioritising this same goal
Next up in our Meet the Makers mini-series is the amazing story of Fudge By Rich. Founder, Nicole Street, started the business with a first run of just 10 bars and the rest - so they say - is history.
With your blessing it is now time for us to take a breather so we don't burn out.
We will still be offering standard Australia Post delivery however please be aware that your orders may take a little longer than usual for delivery, so turn your expectations to flight mode just for now.
** Express Post services will be unavailable until our return.
We will return to Superman status on 28th January.
To everyone involved in Bindle this year, THANK YOU, you are amazing!
