Our delivery promise to you ...
We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver Bindle gifts quickly and efficiently. We always endeavour to deliver your Bindle gift as close to your preferred delivery as possible. If your order is not delivered on your preferred delivery date, we are unable to cancel your order or credit your transaction.
What are your delivery options and shipping costs for online orders?
Bindle offers the following shipping options:
Standard: $12.95 (via Australia Post)
Express Post: $19.95 (via Australia
Post)
What are the delivery timeframes?
Standard: please expect between 2 - 5 business days for the Bindle gift to arrive.
Express Post: is a next day delivery service within the Express Post delivery network which covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. Service operates between
all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major.
Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If
your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, the fastest
possible transport links is used.
Please note that Express Post is not a guaranteed next day service.
Do you offer international shipping?
We're very happy to send orders internationally. However, due to the
perishable and fragile nature of some of our gifts we'll need you to contact us so that we can make sure we can get the gift safely to its destination and quote you with a shipping rate.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers?
Yes, we are pleased to accept PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses for all Australia Post deliveries.
Will I need to sign for the delivery of my product?
Orders do not require a signature on receipt. If you are not home to receive your package then you need to pick it up from your nearest post office.
You (the purchaser) will receive an Australia Post tracking advice number, please use this number to track your parcels movements via the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/.
If the recipient is not at home to receive the package then it will need to be collected from your nearest Australia post office.
Do the prices listed on the website include tax?
All prices on the Bindle website are inclusive of GST.
Cancel or amend an order
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Please contact us below if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will happily do our best for any orders that have not already been processed.
Returns & refunds
I received the wrong gift, how can i exchange it?
It is highly unlikely that this will happen but in an unfortunate case if this happens to you, please contact us and our friendly Customer Service team will help solve it.
Can i request a return or refund?
To be eligible for returns and refunds, you should report your case within 24 hours upon delivery of your gift. This is subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by our Customer Support team. The gift should also remain the same way as delivered. When filing your report, kindly provide us with your order number, several pictures of the defective product, and reasons on why you are requesting a return or refund.
Issue with an order
What should I do if I haven't received my order?
Please refer to tracking ID for delivery status updates. If you have any concerns or queries with the status of your order please contact us.
What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?
If an item has been damaged in transit, Bindle will provide you with a replacement or a full refund*. Please contact us with your order details and an accompanying photo of the damaged item.
