** Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing significant delays in all courier and postal services making it impossible to guarantee normal delivery times. Current freight levels are high, and priority is being given to essential services and medical deliveries. Depending on your destination (city/regional) please allow an additional 2-10 business days for delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding. **

For all orders delivered to an Australian address, we guarantee your Bindle gift will be sent same business day when ordered before 2pm.

Bindle offers the following shipping options:

Standard: $9.95 (via Australia Post) - between 2 - 5 business days for the Bindle to arrive.

Express Post: $19.95 (via Australia Post) 

Express Australia Post is a next day delivery service within the Express Post delivery network which covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, the fastest possible transport links is used. Please note that Express Post is not a guaranteed next day service.

PLEASE NOTE: Express Post is currently experiencing substantial delays to VIC. 

Same Day Melbourne Delivery (METRO MELBOURNE ONLY): $24 (via Courier) - If order is placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) we guarantee your Bindle will be delivered the same day to Metropolitan Melbourne Suburbs within 20km radius of Melbourne CBD.

Please noteIt is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate contact details and delivery addresses for each gift. Bindle does not review this data. Should a gift be returned to sender, we will charge a fee (return and resend) to resend the gift to an assigned address. If payment or acknowledgment is not received within 7 days, gifts will be disassembled. 

International Shipping

Due to the perishable and fragile nature of our Bindle gifts we do not offer International Shipping for online orders. Please contact us directly to enquire about International shipping options for corporate orders.

Our Delivery Promise To You

We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver Bindle gifts quickly and efficiently. We always endeavour to deliver your Bindle gift as close to your preferred delivery as possible. If your order is not delivered on your preferred delivery date, we are unable to cancel your order or credit your transaction.

Where the order is to be delivered to an Australian address, Bindle will:

Use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within five working days (Monday – Friday,  excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you; Australia Post delivery time varies depending on your location within Australia. You (the purchaser) will receive an Australia Post tracking advice number, please use this number to track your parcels movements via the Australia Post website

When express post is selected, and Bindle gift is ordered before 2pm, Bindle will use reasonable endeavours to distribute the order same business day*, for delivery following business day within Australia Post guaranteed next day delivery network.

* Next business day delivery to remote areas and roadside delivery addresses is not guaranteed. For complete network details:

If you are not home to receive your package then you need to pick it up from your nearest Australia post outlet.

Please note: If premises unattended a card will be placed in the post box and the parcel will be transported to the nearest Australia Post Outlet. 

Due to the hand-made and seasonal nature of many of the products sold on the Bindle website there is a possibility that availability may vary. In the event of a product being unavailable the website will specify this in the ‘quantity’ field.

Prices & Payment

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

The amount payable to Bindle for an Order (Order Amount) will be the total of the following amounts:

a. the sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the Order (Product Subtotal);

b. the cost of delivery determined in accordance with Delivery stated above, and

You must pay the Order Amount by credit card at the time of submitting the Order. Bindle accepts Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

c. While we shall endeavour to keep pricing current at all times, pricing may be subject to change without notice

Bindles & Wrapping

All Bindles will be packed into a recycled cardboard gift box and wrapped with Bindle signature wrapping paper and tag.

The void filler is 100% recycled paper, but very fragile items will be wrapped in additional wrap. 

A note for the recipient will be printed on a sustainable gift card, so required details must be written in the note box on the checkout page.

Please dispose of the packaging thoughtfully.

Returns policy

In the event of products being damaged in delivery you can return the items. All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen you can return the damaged items and we will re-send the product and pay for the return and additional postage charges. In the case where the product is sold out we will offer a full refund.

To arrange a return, seek a refund, replacement or exchange, you must email us on to obtain prior approval. Please include the order number and reason for the return. Bindle shall bear the costs of all domestic return shipping.

Changing or Cancelling Orders

If you wish to change or cancel your order prior to dispatch please contact our Customer Service Team immediately on 03 9870 7707 or email, Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 5.00pm AEST  with your order number, to discuss what options are available to you.

Please note, once you’ve placed your order, it joins a queue for immediate processing and dispatch from our warehouse therefore it may not be possible to prevent your order from being dispatched.
