Q: Does Bindle ship overseas?
A: We're very happy to send orders internationally. However, due to the perishable and fragile nature of some of our gifts we'll need you to send us an email so that we can make sure we can get the gift safely to its destination and quote you with a shipping rate.
Q: Will I need to sign for the delivery of my product?
A: Orders do not require a signature on receipt. If you are not home to receive your package then you need to pick it up from your nearest post office.
You (the purchaser) will receive an Australia Post tracking advice number, please use this number to track your parcels movements via the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/.
If the recipient is not at home to receive the package then it will need to be collected from your nearest Australia post office.
Q: When can I expect the order to be delivered?
A: When standard post is selected and where the order is to be delivered to an Australian address, Bindle will:
– Use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within four working days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you; and
– Send the order by Australia Post
A: When express post is selected and where the order is to be delivered to an Australian address, Bindle will:
- If order is placed before 12pm we guarantee next business day delivery if address falls within the Australia Post Express Post network

A: When 'Same Day Melbourne Metro' service is selected and where the order is to be delivered within the Melbourne Metro Zones, If order is placed before 12pm we guarantee your Bindle will be delivered the same day to Metropolitan Melbourne Suburbs within 20km radius of Melbourne CBD
Q: Is there a limit to the amount of items I can order?
A: You are welcome to purchase up to five items of the same product per order.

Q: What should I do if the order has been damaged in transit?
A: If an item has been damaged in transit, Bindle will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Please submit an enquiry form or email info@bindle.com.au with an image of the breakage so that we may ascertain the details of your order.
Q: Will my order be gift-wrapped?
A: All Bindle purchases offer complimentary gift wrapping in our stunning signature gift-box and wrapping paper.

We guarantee your Bindle gift will be sent same business day when ordered before 12pm.
Bindle offers the following shipping options:
Standard: $12.95 (via Australia Post)
Express Post: $19.95 (via Australia Post)
Same Day Melbourne Delivery (METRO MELBOURNE ONLY): $28 (via Courier) - If order is placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) we guarantee your Bindle will be delivered the same day to Metropolitan Melbourne Suburbs within 20km radius of Melbourne CBD.
Please note: Orders returned to Bindle due to incorrect address or failure to contact courier after delivery attempt, will incur a re-shipping and re-delivery fee.
Q: Do you post Internationally?

Q: Can I tailor make my own Bindle with a selection of products?
A: Yes, in most cases we are more than happy to assist. Please contact us via email info@bindle.com.au and we can provide you with advice and a quote.
Coronavirus (COVID-19): BINDLE Action Plan
We place the highest priority on protecting the health and wellbeing of our employees and customers so we wanted to let you know what we’re doing behind the scenes based on guidance from the Australian and Victorian government health departments. Measures include:
– All team members thoroughly washing and sanitising hands every time they enter and leave our offices and distribution centres
– All team members sanitising their hands before and after warehouse pickups and customer deliveries
– Clear direction to all team members to stay at home if they feel sick
These are by no means new measures, as we have always had health & safety policies in place for our team, but we want to reassure our Bindle customers that we have an action plan in place.
In addition to this, contactless delivery will become the norm for the foreseeable future. Our delivery drivers have been briefed as follows:
– To sanitise their hands between each customer delivery
– Wherever possible, they should not come into direct contact with customers / gift recipients
– Instead, where safe, drivers will leave gifts at the front door of residential addresses or at the main entrance of commercial addresses
Our intention is to take a common sense and practical approach to this situation, these measures are not intended to cause panic or inconvenience. We will continue to monitor the situation daily and update our Bindle customers as things develop.

Shipping
Bindle uses both Australia Post and Same Day Courier services, giving us the ability to offer the best and most efficient range of delivery options to all Australian destinations. Here, you’ll find answers to the questions we get asked most about shipping:
In the event no one is home and there is a safe place to leave the gift, the courier or postman has the Authority to Leave (ATL). If not, the postman will leave a card for the recipient to pick it up at the nearest Post Office.
Yes, we can deliver to post office boxes in any state in Australia.
Yes. If there is any damage to the gift on delivery, or the package is lost, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
No.
If your gift is sent via Australia Post the tracking ID is sent to you with confirmation of your order when it is shipped.
If your gift is sent via Same Day couriers a Bindle staff member will be in contact if there are any delays to your same day service.
If Bindle staff have addressed the gift incorrectly, we will arrange for the gift to be sent to the correct address immediately. However, if you have provided the incorrect address information to Bindle, a ‘return and resend’ fee will be applied.

Melbourne Same Day Delivery Service – if ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday (within Melbourne Metro 20km zone), same day guarantee deliveries are made up until 7pm
Bindle can facilitate international deliveries and will provide a shipping quote at your request. We strongly advise against selecting gifts containing alcohol and/or food products for international delivery as these items may be subject to customs clearances at their destination. We cannot guarantee against products being confiscated and removed from the gift, or import duties and taxes being imposed upon arrival in the destination country.

If the gift is returned to Bindle due to being unclaimed from the post office, we will contact you to coordinate a return.A return to sender fee (as charged by Australia Post) + redelivery free will be charged.
If we have received incorrect address information or the recipient is no longer at that address, we will contact you for the correct information and the relevant ‘return and resend’ fees will apply.
