Every day at Bindle we celebrate the stories of Australian artisans, but every now and then we are presented with a project that allows us to narrow down our geographic focus.
A recent brief for a custom gift from Newscorp sent us on a journey to the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, a place close to our home and close to our hearts. Unsurprisingly, the products that we sourced were simply too good not to share.
Whether you’re looking for a winter escape or hanging for the summer months for a picturesque drive along the coast, these local suppliers are worthy of a pit stop on your Mornington Peninsula journey.
Polly’s Farm in Shoreham specialises in natural botanical skincare products with a focus on protecting the land from which they’re made. All products are made on the Mornington Peninsula and we couldn’t go past the Blood Orange & Juniper Berry Soap for our custom gift.
No matter the expedition… there’s always a cheese platter. Stop in at the Peninsula Nut Co in Mount Martha to pick up some delights for your pre-dinner nibbles and post dinner sweets. The sweet tooths in the Bindle office voted for the milk chocolate almonds for our custom gift – yum!
The feedback from Newscorp on our custom gift sent a clear message – more from the Mornington Peninsula! However, we know there are outstanding local producers in every corner of this vast country.
If the work you do is focused on a particular region or area and sourcing local is important to you and your business, let us create a custom gift for you. Location exploring really gets the Bindle office up and about – road trip anyone!?
