Shipping and Shopping

The information contained within this document relates to the Bindle online store, trading under Bindle.

Please read these Terms of Trade carefully as they contain important information including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

Definitions and Application

1. In these Terms of Trade, "Bindle" means Bindle Pty Ltd Retail (ABN 75 775 573 553) trading as Bindle Pty Ltd, 'you' means the organisation or individual who is ordering product on the website, and the "Products" means the Bindle products which may be ordered on the website.

2. These Terms of Trade apply to any purchase of any Products by you from this website which are delivered in Australia.

Delivery

For all orders delivered to an Australian address, we guarantee your Bindle gift will be sent same business day when ordered before 12pm.

Bindle offers the following shipping options:

Standard: $12.95 (via Australia Post) - between 2 - 5 business days for the Bindle to arrive.

Express Post: $19.95 (via Australia Post) 

Express Australia Post is a next day delivery service within the Express Post delivery network which covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major . Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, the fastest possible transport links is used. Please note that Express Post is not a guaranteed next day service. 

Your order must be received by 12pm (Monday-Friday)

Same Day Melbourne Delivery (METRO MELBOURNE ONLY): $28 (via Courier) - If order is placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) we guarantee your Bindle will be delivered the same day to Metropolitan Melbourne Suburbs within 20km radius of Melbourne CBD. Please email us to request this service.

Please note: It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate contact details and delivery addresses for each gift. Bindle does not review this data. Should a gift be returned to sender, we will charge a fee (return and resend) to resend the gift to an assigned address. If payment or acknowledgment is not received within 7 days, gifts will be disassembled. 

International Shipping

Due to the perishable and fragile nature of our Bindle gifts we do not offer International Shipping for online orders. Please contact us directly to enquire about International shipping options for corporate orders.

We strongly advice against gifts containing alcohol and/or food items as these may be subject to customs in the destination country. We cannot guarantee against products being confiscated and removed from the gift or against import duty and taxes being added to the parcel upon receipt in the destination country.

Our Delivery Promise To You

We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver Bindle gifts quickly and efficiently. We always endeavour to deliver your Bindle gift as close to your preferred delivery as possible. If your order is not delivered on your preferred delivery date, we are unable to cancel your order or credit your transaction.

Where the order is to be delivered to an Australian address, Bindle will:

Use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within five working days (Monday – Friday,  excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you; Australia Post delivery time varies depending on your location within Australia. You (the purchaser) will receive an Australia Post tracking advice number, please use this number to track your parcels movements via the Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au/track/.

When express post is selected, and Bindle gift is ordered before 2pm, Bindle will use reasonable endeavours to distribute the order same business day*, for delivery following business day within Australia Post guaranteed next day delivery network.

If you are not home to receive your package then you need to pick it up from your nearest Australia post outlet.

Please note: If premises unattended a card will be placed in the post box and the parcel will be transported to the nearest Australia Post Outlet. 

Late Deliveries:

Refunds will not be given for late delivery. Bindle will not be held liable for late delivery outside of our stipulated delivery time frames. We endeavour to ship your order promptly and without delay. If a delay does occur it is often during transit which it outside of our control. In the rare case of not receiving your parcel within the anticipated time frame, please contact us on 03 8790 7707 or email info@bindle.com.au and we will follow up.
