As we are in the business of celebrating Australian talent, what is your favourite place to visit in Australia?
When I’m not visiting home (Gold Coast) I love escaping to the warmer destinations like the Sunshine Coast or Whitsundays. 

A little closer to home, what is your favourite coffee haunt?
It’s called 'Just Italy'. A gorgeous Italian café in Oakleigh with amazing coffee and exceptional service. I really look forward to my Saturday morning coffee from this little gem.

What 3 words to describe your product?
Guilt-free, decadent, Artisan

Where do you see your business going in the 5 years?
We take pride in the fact that we make hand-make small batches with lots of love… we will be doing exactly the same thing in 5 years! But, definitely some and interesting new flavours of course. 

Who has influenced you most in your life?
My family. I am so grateful to have such a loving family that inspires and motivates me continually.

What is your philosophy towards your work and life?
For me it really is about finding the right balance. Happiness is a way of life, not a destination. Owning a small business takes much love, commitment and many hours. You need to have the energy though to keep choosing the happy way, every day. I personally take time to look after my health and fitness. I also meditate which is part of my daily routine.

As we are in the gift giving business, what was the most recent gift you gave someone?
The Chocolate Bar high tea at The Langham.  

Which bindle would you pick for yourself?
Oh, the Naughty But Nice Bindle looks heavenly 

Favourite fictional character?  
hmm, maybe Merida from Brave. Us red heads have to stick together.
